Joel MacCharles and Dana Harrison are the couple behind WellPreserved.ca - a great blog of recipes for preserving. Their new book, Batch, includes tips, techniques and recipes for preserving. Joel shares the 7 types of preserving (and chances are you're doing more than one without knowing it) and a few simple 10-minute recipes you could be doing at home without any extra equipment.
Some of them involve booze.
