What seafood should we be eating and what should we avoid? Chef Martin Kouprie of Pangaea restaurant tells us about OceanWise and how we can eat to protect our oceans.

Alison Fryer (formerly of the Cookbook Store) has put together a great Up Close & Personal Series of events at George Brown College that is open to the public and you can listen to and meet your favourite chefs and authors.

Pay and Vinney do a rapper name battle and it's pretty glorious. Also, if you lived somewhere where you didn't get all four seasons - would you pay to have coloured leaves shipped to you? Some people would.

Pay found a new favourite pizza place in the east end of the city!

Peter Neal of Neal Brothers Foods brings wine to the studio to talk about the food business he started with his brother when they were in university and how it's grown to include amazing chips and condiments. Plus, their first cookbook, Goodness, hits shelves this month - they asked 37 chefs and good food advocates across the country to contribute recipes. 50% of proceeds from the book will go to the Community Food Centres of Canada to continue the great work they do.
