Pay recaps her gluttonous trip out west to British Columbia where it actually FELT like Spring. A food-packed trip to Vancouver and Victoria to sample their delicious offerings and also some quality time with her niece. The girl with the reverse mullet.

Writer and author Duana Taha talks about her new book, "The Name Therapist" where she looks into how people feel about their names and the perception we have over unusual or uncommon names Pay and Duana share some of their favourites, including their "Starbucks Name" and what they wanted to change their names to when they were kids.
April 9th was Gin and Tonic Day! Mixologist Colin Turner joins the show to talk about HOW to taste gin (kind of involves chewing), how the G&T came to be and what to expect in different kids of gin.

Steve Himel of Henderson Brewery sure hopes so. Hear about Toronto's history of making good brew and how you can get in on the new brewery opening in the Junction area of Toronto.

It's the first day of summer! Pay is back from a week in Scotland and chats about her adventures in Edinburgh and Glasgow (including a place where you can drink beer in church).

Vivian Maier spent her life as a nanny in the US and took photos as a hobby. When she passed away, storage lockers of her belongings were discovered full of over 100,000 negatives. What was found on those rolls of film captured the interest of people around the world and her mysterious life even resulted in a documentary. A Toronto gallery has a few of Vivian's pieces and an upcoming event will you the opportunity to bid on one.
A growing trend among parents is to crowd-fund for their kids birthday parties. Some just want a bigger and better bash than they can afford and are asking you to contribute money so their toddler can have a giant blow-out of a birthday. Writer, Emma Waverman talks about the story she wrote for Today's Parent.

Larry chats about his first meeting with Jim Henson and what it was like to work with the creative genius.
