Episode 66 - August 31, 2014

It's the last long weekend of summer and we spend it with a two-hour show highlighting celebrity parties and A-listers in town for TIFF with Jordan Fogle (Mint Agency) - who talks about throwing events for celebs and gossips about the stars he's worked with. Want to spot a star and get a photo or autograph? Sabrina Maddeaux (NOW magazine) lists the celebrity hotspots for the film fest.

If you need another excuse to indulge in burgers...Le Burger Week is on from September 1-7th and a list of Toronto restaurants are creating unique burgers just for this week! Na'eem Adam (Le Burger Week) highlights some of the juicy creations and talks about getting Haiti involved with the event.

Top Chef regular and food expert Gail Simmons talks about her experience on the new season of Recipe to Riches and NOW magazine's Sabrina Maddeaux weighs in on the swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated, featuring...Barbie.

And food trucks might finally be accessible in Toronto. Maybe. Zane Caplansky owns a deli and a food truck and tells us what the issues are that are keeping food trucks from serving.

It's a delicious show today when Pay chats with the author of the new Toronto StreetEats guide, Suresh Doss, about street food in the city. He also talks about where to find food trucks in the city and gives us the scoop on AwesTruck - the largest food truck event in Canada.
