A recent UK study found that single men wash their sheets only FOUR times a year. Gross, right? Pay shares her story of someone who rarely washed his sheets. Parenting expert, Sandra E. Martin gives tips on beating brown bag boredom and how to get your kids to eat their lunch.

It's a delicious show today when Pay chats with the author of the new Toronto StreetEats guide, Suresh Doss, about street food in the city. He also talks about where to find food trucks in the city and gives us the scoop on AwesTruck - the largest food truck event in Canada.
Should you dump your date if he's in debt? Melissa Leong of the National Post tells us what she found out.
And Not Far From the Tree is an organization that will harvest fruit from trees in the city and split the goods.
